1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and 5 FINGERBOARD Automotive ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://5fingerboard.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

We provide automotive repair, maintenance, NYS DMV inspections, body shop repairs, and 24/7 self-service car wash facilities. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the details of our services. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments booked through our website are requests and are subject to confirmation by our staff.
- Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, at our discretion.
- Delays: While we strive to complete services within the estimated time, unforeseen mechanical issues may cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes to the timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and other forms of payment as displayed at our facility.
- We reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until all outstanding invoices for services rendered and parts supplied are paid in full (Mechanic's Lien).
5. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration and appointment information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle you bring to our facility.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Vehicle Care: While your vehicle is on our premises, we exercise reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control.
- Site Use: In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Consumer Protection & Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York and the City of New York. We comply with all NYC Consumer Protection regulations, including transparent pricing and written estimates as required by law.
5 FINGERBOARD Automotive and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
